These terms cover our guest list service, our age-verification process, and the Miami Promoter Nate SMS program.
01 — The service
The service
We place guests on nightlife guest lists in Miami Beach. Being on a list is not a guarantee of entry — venues make the final decision at the door, and entry requires meeting the venue's requirements, including a valid physical ID showing you are 21 or older.

Program description
Miami Promoter Nate offers an SMS program through which eligible users may receive recurring social and entertainment event communications. Messages may include upcoming event announcements, performer announcements, event invitations, event details, arrival information, event confirmations, and promotional and marketing messages.
Voluntary consent
Participation in the SMS program is voluntary. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase. Enrollment requires affirmative SMS consent, given through a separate SMS-specific checkbox that is not pre-checked. Completing age verification or submitting an ID does not by itself enroll you in SMS marketing.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Any charges depend on your mobile plan and carrier.
Opt out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one opt-out confirmation, and no further marketing messages will be sent unless you subsequently opt back in.

Delivery
We do not guarantee message delivery. Delivery may be affected by your wireless carrier, network availability, your device, or other factors outside our control.
Privacy
Use of the SMS program is subject to our Privacy Policy. Information collected in connection with the SMS program is handled as described there.
03 — Eligibility and age verification
Eligibility and age verification
SMS enrollment through this process is limited to persons who have successfully satisfied the applicable age-verification requirement. You must be verified as at least 18 years old before SMS enrollment is made available to you.
We may require your date of birth and a valid government-issued photo identification for age and eligibility verification. Submissions are reviewed by the Miami Promoter Nate team.
Age verification does not guarantee admission to any particular event. Event-specific admission requirements are set by the venue, may differ, and are communicated separately.
04 — Your responsibilities

- Give us accurate information, including your own phone number.
- Only submit identification that belongs to you and is valid and not expired.
- Be 21 or older to attend an event, and bring a valid physical ID.
- Follow venue rules, including dress code.
- Only submit photos of yourself and people who agreed to it.
05 — Photos and identification
Photos and identification
Photos you send are used solely to confirm guest list entry, and identification you submit is used solely for age and eligibility verification. We do not publish or sell them. Ask us to delete them at any time and we will.
06 — Ending the service
Ending the service
You can leave the SMS program at any time by replying STOP. We may remove anyone from our lists at our discretion.
