Depending on how you interact with us, the information we collect may include:

• A copy or image of a valid government-issued photo identification document you submit for age verification
• Event-registration information, including the dates you plan to be in Miami
• Photos you send us, used only to confirm guest list entry
• Your communications with us and your preferences
• SMS enrollment and consent records
• Verification status and related administrative records
• Technical information ordinarily collected by a website and its hosting provider, such as basic request and security logs

To verify age and eligibility, invite you to events, confirm your spot, send you the details for the night, and answer your questions. We do not use it for anything else.

We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.

Miami Promoter Nate may collect your date of birth and a copy or image of a valid government-issued photo identification document for the purpose of verifying your age and eligibility. Accepted identification may include a driver's license, state ID, passport, or other valid government-issued photo identification.

The information you submit is reviewed by the Miami Promoter Nate team to determine whether the date of birth you provided corresponds with the identification submitted and whether you satisfy the applicable minimum age requirement. Individuals who cannot be verified as at least 18 years old are not permitted to proceed to SMS enrollment through this process.

Government-issued identification submitted through our verification process is collected for age and eligibility verification. It is not used for advertising and it is not sold to third parties.

Access to identification submissions is restricted to authorized personnel responsible for verification, and to service providers and infrastructure providers that host, store, secure, or maintain the service on our behalf, only to the extent necessary to operate it. Those operational providers are different from selling or sharing information with third parties for their own advertising or marketing.

You may separately choose to enroll in Miami Promoter Nate SMS communications. Enrollment is voluntary. Completing age verification does not by itself constitute consent to receive marketing text messages — SMS marketing consent is collected separately, through an affirmative SMS-specific consent checkbox that is not pre-checked.

Messages may include:

• Event announcements and performer announcements
• Event invitations and event details
• Arrival information and confirmations
• Promotional and marketing messages

• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance.

Mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS opt-in/consent information, will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own promotional or marketing purposes.

Mobile information may be disclosed to service providers that deliver messages or provide infrastructure on our behalf, only as necessary to operate the SMS program and subject to appropriate restrictions on their use of that information.

Service providers may process information on our behalf where necessary to provide website hosting, secure data storage, communications, messaging infrastructure, security, and technical operations. They may only use the information to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. Government-issued identification documents are stored in access-restricted storage that is not publicly accessible, and access is limited to authorized personnel responsible for verification.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, to operate our services, maintain appropriate records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and satisfy applicable legal or regulatory obligations. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the purpose for which it is processed.

Government-issued identification documents are retained only as reasonably necessary for verification, security, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, or legal and compliance purposes.

• Reply STOP to any text to stop all marketing messages.
• Ask us to delete your information, including your ID submission, and we will.
• Ask us what we hold about you and we will tell you.

Our events are 21+ and admission requirements are set by each venue. SMS enrollment through our verification process is limited to individuals verified as at least 18 years old. This service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
